We need to learn and relearn, have uncomfortable conversations, and examine our conscious and unconscious biases. This is about honesty and accountability. It’s about all of us, people of all backgrounds, identities, and cultures choosing to do the work.

Our Employee Network Groups

An informed, consistent, and empathetic practice involving reflection, and re-learning past behaviors and approaches to constantly improve our self-awareness and adopt inclusive behaviors. We created the Employee Network Groups regardless of your identity to choose a forum to participate and expand the inclusion and equitable actions.

Supplier diversity is a business strategy that seeks to include diverse-owned businesses in a company's supply chain. This can include businesses owned by people from underrepresented groups, such as women, minorities, veterans, and people with disabilities.
